Gently lift your eyelid and apply the eyeliner by pressing and wiggling the liner onto the base of the upper lash line, using short strokes back and forth. Repeat the same process for the lower lash line, staying as close to the lash line as possible. Connect the lines at the outer corner of the eye and create a winged eyeliner if desired.
